Produced from free-range ibérico porks naturally fed in the Dehesa with grass, cereals and grain. These front legs are cured for a minimum of 20 months following a small-scale, artisan and natural production in Cumbres Mayores (Huelva).

A smaller version of our Iberico Cebo de Campo. Perfect for small families.
